My Smart Fortwo has a long list of upgrades and modifications. Some of these were already made by the previous owner, before I got it. However, I will continue adding to the list.
Exterior
Tridon Safety Cell
The Tridon Safety Cell has been covered with a bright red vinyl wrap.
Headlights
Both headlights have been disassembled, and have been painted the same bright red as the tridon safety cell.
A few plastic coverings have also received the same treatment.
Eyelids
Both headlights have “eyelids”
Side view mirrors
Both side view mirrors have received a horizontal red stripe.
Chrome
Both door handles have been capped with a nice chrome shell.
Mercedes-Benz Logo
A chrome Mercedes-Benz logo has been mounted in the middle of the upper front grille.
Aluminium Grille
The lower front grill has been covered with a perforated aluminium mesh.
Antenna
The original antenna has had a layer of red paint, that matches the tridon safety cell.
White skirts
Skirts all the way around.
Front splitter
An extra front splitter below the front skirt.
Mudflaps
Mudflaps front and back, with Smart logo on.
Stickers
A few Smart “3D” stickers have been added.
Smart Meet stickers from 2011 to 2019 mounted on the front
Smartclubdenmark stichers all over, and a vinyl streamer in the rear window.
Vinyl stickers with smartcars.dk on both doors.
A Handwash only sticker on the rear window.
The right B-pillar has a sticker for each prize it has won, between 2013 and 2019.

Interior
Leather upholstery
Leather seats and armrest pads on the doors.
Both have been specially designed by the previous owner.
The leather has been sown i Asia, and mounted by a seat upholsterer, with a powerful two setting seat heater in both front seats.
Heated Seats
Both seats have to level heating in.
A great addition, for the chillier evenings, letting you enjoy more sunsets with the top down.
Red detailing
A series of red plastic coverings have been painted Mart Metallic Red, to liven up the dashboard.
Armrest
A armrest has been added. It is mounted round the handbrake lever, so it moves together with it, when activated.
Seatbelt pads
A read leather Smart Club Denmark pad has been mounted on each seatbelt.
Steering Knob
The power-steering less fortwo has got some assistance, in the shape of a steering wheel knob.
Steering wheel cover
The steering wheel has got a padded steering wheel cover with red stitching.
Steering wheel logo
The original logo on the steering wheel, has been covered with one that is “Diamond” encrusted.

Draught curtain
An original Smart draught curtain keeps the turbulence doen while the roof is down.
Luggage cover
An original retractable luggage cover has been mounted.
Glove compartment door

Model cars
Two model cars were mounted on the dashboard. Both Smart Fortwo 450 cabrio´s
Gearknob
A red leather gearknob with stitches.
Sound insulation
Engine noise has been dampened, and there is a Stump Soundstopper mounted.
Radio
Hardly a mod, but the original “Smart radio 9” was in the car when I got it.
Smart Cupholder
Original (and utterly useless) cupholder.

Probably a an optional extra from the factory, and not a mod.

Race chip
Italian Speed Race chip
The car had a race chip, when I bought it.
This was the first modification to go. I’m not a big fan of these, and I’m not convinced that they don’t reduce the lifespan of the engine.
