When I bought my Smart Fortwo, it had a steering wheel knob fitted to the steering wheel. It was one of the first things to go.
It’s not for me, and already on the way home, it got snagged in the sleeve of my jacket, and collided with my hand while turning.
The Fortwo’s usually don’t have servo assisted steering. The steering isn’t as heavy as in many other cars, but if you are handicapped, or have limited strength, then it might be an issue, and in such a case, a steering wheel knob, could be a solution.
