Smart fortwo Brabus wheel arches

I bought a set of original Smart fortwo Brabus wheel arches for my 450, in able to cover the wider Smart Roadster wheels from sticking out from my original arches.

The Brabus wheel arches are easy to mount. They are just pressed on to the arches lip, and three small springs do what they can, to prevent them from falling off again.

I had them on for three or four years, and never lost them, however, twice I had to squeeze them on again, as one of the three springs had lost it’s grip, and the end was flapping in the air.

I would never have taken it in a car wash without pulling them of beforehand. I don’t think they would have stayed on the car.
